For you keen golfers we have the world class golf courses at Champions Gate and Reunion only 5 minutes away and only 10 minutes away from restaurants on Highway 192. But you can’t come to Florida and not shop for Designer brands in the Factory Outlets or visit the many other Designer shops in Florida Mall or Mall at Millenia.

We are located in the tranquil surroundings of the new Aviana Resort. In this brand new safe gated community of Aviana, come and play golf in the putting green; or laze by the sparkling ocean blue pool surrounded by an oasis of swaying palms. Aviana is an upmarket gated community and private resort that has 24 hour security. All other major theme parks are easily accessible. We are only 5 miles from the Champions Gate and Reunion Golf courses. We are 10 miles from Walt Disney World and other Disney Theme Parks such as Animal Kingdom, Epcot and 10 minutes away from Highway 192.

20 minutes away from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove and the new Atlantis Water Park. If you fancy an excursion to the Kennedy Space Centre, it will take you about an hour – Cocoa Beach is nearby.
